Founder: Katrina

Katrina is a woman in her twenties. She has been writing stories her whole life and always knew it was something she wanted to pursue when she ‘grew up.’ She finished her high school classes early so she could focus her senior year on taking every writing class that was available. She attended a small art college where she graduated with her BFA in Creative Writing. She is currently working towards her Masters in writing with the goal of becoming a writing college professor. She hopes to be able to encourage her students in a way she had never been encouraged by teachers before.

Katrina has been published in a variety of literary magazines including a poem in The Albion Review 2013. She enjoys writing fantasy, science fiction, apocalyptic, and surreal stories. She does not consider herself a poet by any means. She also loves to dabble in mixed media. Her senior project consisted of three elements that focused on her dreams. She had a found book, an exhibit, and a short film. She is often inspired by her bizarre dreams and loves writing from them.

Her first novella, a fantasy called Calliope, was self/published on October 1, 2014 as an eBook which can be purchased on Amazon. Katrina has many other works in progress which she hopes to be able to publish in the near future.

A.Z. Louise is an American freelance writer living in England. Her background in civil engineering has been invaluable in worldbuilding her works of science fiction and fantasy. Her love of small parrots and folk harp have been less useful, though her enthusiasm for the works of Lovecraft has provided a solid knowledge base in the misuse of adverbs.
